numbers MATCHING 428 cu in XF code which means it started out with an automatic transmission and the color was changed from green to black. I believe its an older restoration because theres a few spots on the paint that could use a freshening up. This Grand Prix handles very good, no rattles, steers nice and straight and stops good. This is the 370 hp 428 ci which now has a Muncie four speed, recent headers and flowmaster exhaust. It also has front power disc brakes, power windows, power steering, power locks, power trunk, tilt wheel, cornering lamps, recent interior and 15" wheels and 235/70R15 tires. The clock and radio are not working but the plug for the radio is missing so I don't know if it works or not. From a featured article from Hemmings Muscle Machines it says; Of the 112,486 Grand Prixs that Pontiac built in 1969, only 287 came with the 400-cu.in. V-8 and Muncie M20 four-speed transmission, according to data provided by Pontiac Historic Services. That makes it slightly more rare than the 302 Grand Prixs that customers ordered with the 428-cu.in. V-8 and four-speed, though not as rare as the 277 Grand Prixs ordered with the 400 and the three-speed manual transmission
So if your looking for a 428 cu in 370 hp four speed theres not too many of them out there. BY APPT ONLY-CALL
