This 66 has been babied from the owner. Never been in rain, always covered and garaged. In my opinion, this color combo is the best representation of the sixties muscle car era and accentuates the coke bottle shape of this model year. Built to be a safe daily driver (disk brakes, collapsing steering column, locking seat backs, electronic ignition, super duty radiator keeps car at 185).
Original color was Mariner turquoise and interior was aqua. Car was assembled at the Pontiac MI plant. Had the CA DMV assign the black plates to the car. Has been in Los Angeles for the past three decades.
Power steering and power brakes. Drives and brakes perfectly straight. Lots of power and torque. Automatic transmission shifts smooth. Very fast Pontiac 400 V8 Motor with a mild cam. Very nice growly exhaust note from the Dynomax mufflers and ram air exhaust manifolds. 2 inch drop in the front gives this beast a very aggressive stance.
